Located below is a copy of our kitten health contract and purchase contract. When every kitten/cat leaves us this contract must be agreed to and signed not only by the purchaser but by us as well. If there is something on the contract that you do not agree to or find questionable please speak with us before signing, and we will together decide whether or not the purchase of the kitten should go through or not. 

We give our kittens the up most care. They are loved and cared for every day of their lives and not allowed to leave us until we are sure they are ready to go. They are taken to our vet and provided his thoroughness and attention. They receive their first round of shots from him before they are ever allowed to leave us. 

Signing the below contract not only tells us that you agree to the terms and conditions, but that you will provide for and love your new kitten everyday for the rest of its life. It is a commitment bringing home a new kitten, almost like bringing home a new baby. You are responsible for its well being.

Adopting a kitten/cat is very much like adopting a new child. They are not toys and must be taken care of. By signing this contract you agree to care for and provide the love and care needed for these animals to the fullest of your ability. There are no cash refunds or exchanges offered with the exception of what is outlined.

Buyer agrees to vaccinate kitten/cat when boosters are due for the life of the kitten/cat and should the kitten/cat require veterinary treatment, kitten/cat will be taken to a veterinarian immediately.

Buyer reserves the right to have the kitten/cat examined by his/her own veterinarian within 3 working days of the date of sale to verify the kitten/cat’s health. After such time seller is not responsible for any health related issues with the kitten/cat and is not responsible for any veterinarian costs once the kitten leaves the premises.

Seller will not be held responsible for any veterinarian bills once the kitten/cat leaves with the purchaser. All kitten/cat sales are final and deposits are non refundable. If a kitten/cat is found by a veterinarian to have any hereditary condition which is fatal, buyer will notify the seller within 24 hours and may return the kitten/cat accompanied by a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian or in the case of death, with an autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian. The seller guarantees to replace the kitten with a kitten/cat of equal value and quality as soon as available.

There will be no cash refunds. Seller is not responsible for veterinary costs incurred.

Kitten/cat is examined for and is free from internal and external parasites to the best of the sellers knowledge. Seller will not be held responsible for any parasites once kitten/cat leaves premises because these occur naturally in the environment and are easily treated.

To our knowledge no kitten/cat leaves us with ringworm, but any breeder who advertises "ringworm free cattery" is questionable. Ringworm can be caused by going to a different environment (home), stress, or many other different factors. All breeders will have to deal with it at one time or another. It's a fungus and very treatable. Seller will not be held responsible for ringworm incurred on the cat/kitten once it leaves the premises with no exceptions.

It does take time for kittens/cats to adjust to their new environment once leaving us. It is not uncommon for them to experience loss of appetite and shyness while they learn their new environment and to trust their new owners.

Unlike puppies/dogs cats do not instantly trust. Trust is earned with a cat, but once established is a never breaking bond that will last a life time.
